Jinbinhai News (Reporter Sun Jingting, Li Yan, Correspondents Jiang Linlin, Ren Lili, Huang Shengdi) On March 18th, the oilfield chemical agent conversion project invested and constructed in Nangang Industrial Zone, Tianjin Economic Development Zone officially started construction.
The construction project of the Oilfield Chemical Agent Achievement Transformation Center (Tianjin) of China Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute (referred to as "Engineering Institute") has a total investment of 350 million yuan. It plans to build two pilot workshops, one production management and quality inspection center, and related auxiliary public works, with a total construction area of 19280 square meters. It is expected to be officially put into operation in June 2025, and the annual scientific research pilot scale can reach 20000 tons after completion. It is reported that Sinopec Fourth Construction Company and Zhihui (Tianjin) Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. have formed an EPC consortium to undertake the construction work of 20 units including two pilot workshops, storage warehouses, hazardous chemical warehouses, tank and unloading areas, utility stations, and substations for the project.
